By using this site or any of its functions, you agree to the following:

1. First and foremost, you agree to not hold the site administration directly accountable for any loss or unintended distribution of any data or information due to error, security breach or any other incident. Furthermore:
2. This site in no way connects to your Final Fantasy Record Keeper (FFRK hereafter) account.
3. The only information this site tracks is information you provide, or information that is directly available to the server about you (Such as user agent, http headers, etc.).
4. Be aware that if you enable the "sharing" feature, your username will be publicly viewable. Never use personal information as your username. (exception below)
5. Your email is used for login and password reset, and under normal circumstances, will never be publicly shown to other users. (exception below)
6. An exception to the above two statements applies to the site administration. As this is an ongoing development project, site administration has direct access to view, edit or delete any database information, including those regarding user accounts and SoulBreak collections. User passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text, but usernames, emails and other identifiable information may be stored in plain text.
7. This site will never intentionally provide or sell identifiable information to any 3rd parties for any reason.
8. Non-identifiable information (Example: SoulBreak Collection aggregated data, stripped of User ID's) may be used in the future for statistics and graphs of user collections, and may be posted publicly. Any information used this way will be stripped of all user unique identifiable properties.
9. All information about SoulBreaks on this site and the accuracy therein comes directly from the Community Database. The local site copy of that information may be updated from time to time, but no guarantee is made on timely updates.
10. All SoulBreak names, Character Names, Images and other FFRK information are property of DeNA and Square Enix. This site and its administration hold no ownership over them whatsoever and provide this site for educational and research purposes only.
11. This site does not employ Ads or resell information but does accept donation gifts from users happy with the service. These donations go towards paying for the hosting of the site, and the work the administration puts into creating and maintaining it.
